I had the great pleasure of narrating A Daughter’s Inheritance by Geraldine Boyce into the audiobook that is now available on Audible.com. What I love about this book is first how well it is written. Geraldine Boyce does a wonderful job of creating vivid and distinct characters that we care about and come to love. Following six generations of women and their families, some of whom we are with from cradle to grave, it’s like becoming a member of this amazing family. I am also a fan of Downton Abbey, and it would not surprise me a bit if A Daughter’s Inheritance gets picked up for a mini-series by the BBC. It’s perfect for them! The author is pursuing this possibility. I encourage you to have a listen to this great novel.
A Daughter’s Inheritance is also an award winner. It received a BAIPA Book Award as well as being a finalist in the 2014 National Indie Excellence Awards.
